Fantastic staff were pretty good to assist me. The hotel is beautifully situated in the center with everything within walking distance. The single room was super clean with a massive bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions in Krakow. It is within walking distance to the main square and other tourist sights, allowing us to easily navigate the city without needing transportation. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to rest after a long day of exploring. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start our day on a delicious note.
The staff at the front desk was not consistently friendly or helpful. While we had a positive experience with one employee, others were rude and uninterested in assisting us.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of all the action. There were some lovely restaurants close by, and it was just a short walk to the main square. The staff at the reception desk were amazing, providing the best service I've had in a long time. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed, like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The breakfast in the cellar room was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay.
